⛹🏻♀️ Australia has claimed a remarkable 12th Netball World Cup crown to cement their status as the world’s best with a 61-45 victory over rivals England.
The big win ensures Australia now hold every major title in world netball, including the Commonwealth Games gold.
🏟️ Immediately after news confirming State of Origin is heading back to Perth, New Zealand has emerged as a possible host.
Optus Stadium, Perth, will host games in 2025 and 2028 following the NRL's double header in the city on Saturday.
"It's my understanding the NRL will pick up the phone this week to speak to Auckland Tourism about bringing the Origin game across the ditch to New Zealand to play at Eden Park in 2027," - 9news reporter Michael Chammas.
