🗞 It's an emotional time

🇦🇺 If you missed it - Gold Coast have sacked coach Stuart Dew as the Suns appear destined for a 13th-straight AFL season without playing finals.
Dew has been let go with a year to go on his contract as Gold Coast almost certainly prepare to make a play for three-time Richmond premiership coach Damien Hardwick.
"It's an emotional time for him and the club," captain Touk Miller told reporters on Tuesday.
It’s further proof the Gold Coast is the ‘death zone’ for Australian sporting teams, hopes and dreams.

Fremantle midfielder Caleb Serong will join him on the sidelines, failing in his appeal to overturn a one-match ban for a dangerous tackle on Carlton’s Adam Cerra.
Earlier on Tuesday, Essendon ruckman Andrew Phillips accepted a one-match ban for a high bump on Adelaide's Reilly O'Brien.
