π A little bit unfair
G'day sports fans,
"Every day I come in, I watch what I eat, I try to get sleep, every practice session, I'm trying to have good intentions, and I almost don't know who I am anymore, to be honest, because that's just not me," - Kyrgios after beating Bonzi at the US Open.

π¦πΊ Brisbane has prevailed over Richmond by two points in a heart-stopping elimination final in one of the games of the year, after a last-minute goal and dramatic late review.
Richmond coach Damien Hardwick believes the AFL's score review technology is "not good enough" following a controversial overturned goal that essentially cost his side the game.
The ARC's dubious call resulted in Brisbane's thrilling 16. 10. (106) to 16. 8. (104) elimination final win over Richmond being shrouded in controversy.
The incident occurred with the Tigers holding a three-point lead in the dying minutes when Tom Lynch had a set shot on goal to seal the match from an acute angle.

π The Parramatta Eels smashed their way past the Melbourne Storm 22-14 and earned themselves a top-four finish - setting up a week one finals clash against the Panthers.
It's the first time the Storm have missed the top four since 2014 and their sixth loss from seven games against the Eels.
The gritty determination shown by the Eels was perfectly showcased early in the second half when Mitch Moses smashed Kenny Bromwich into the turf in a crunching one-on-one tackle.
Bromwich was pulled from the field shortly after for a HIA, which he would ultimately fail.

π icymi: Australia have named Singapore-born batter Tim David in their squad for the Twenty20 World Cup this autumn.
The 26-year-old has played 14 T20 internationals for Singapore but was raised in Western Australia.
After impressing in franchise leagues around the world, David will now switch allegiances ahead of the tournament.
Australia have named a 15-man squad as they aim to defend the title they won in Dubai in 2021 on home soil. (Cricket)
β³οΈ Open champion Cameron Smith says it will be "unfair" if LIV Golf players are not allowed to play in majors.
The Australian world number two switched from the PGA Tour to Saudi-backed LIV on Tuesday.
LIV players were allowed to compete at the US Open in June and July's Open Championship, but there is no guarantee they will play in majors going forward.
"To the fans of major championship golf, it may be a little bit unfair on them," Smith said.
The 29-year-old added: "I think majors is about having the best guys in the best field on the best golf courses. Hopefully, we can sort that out."
π The Wallabies will be eager to back up their impressive performance when they face South Africa in Sydney.

The champion trainer is hoping to win the race for a record eighth time after dominating in recent years with the likes of Cardiff and Wu Gok, while Hugh Bowman is also chasing his fourth win aboard the favourite.
The form out of the Wyong Cup has often stacked up in much bigger races later in the spring, including The Metropolitan.
πΎ Nick Kyrgios had a typical loud performance, complaining to the umpire that a fan was smoking marijuana en route to the US Open third round.
The Wimbledon runner-up repeatedly berated his box as he beat France's Benjamin Bonzi 7-6 (7-3) 6-4 4-6 6-4.
π¦πΊ Dustin Martin is yet to speak publicly following the release of a video allegedly showing the Richmond superstar groping a woman's breast.

π Shute Shield Grand Final: Sydney University will likely be favourites, with them prevailing over Gordon in their last clash at Chatswood Oval back in May.
The Students have had to work hard though to get to the big dance, prevailing in thrillers over Randwick and Eastwood. Gordon however, bring an incredible element of surprise. Barely sneaking into finals, they have since pulled off a stellar finals campaign, beating Warringah, Randwick and Norths in successive weeks. Whether they can keep it up for the Grand Final is the big question that will be answered this weekend.
