πΎ Wimbledon quarter-finalist Nick Kyrgios is set to appear in court in Australia next month in relation to an allegation of common assault.
Kyrgios plays in a Wimbledon quarter-final on Wednesday, and is accused of assaulting his former partner Chiara Passari.
Police said it follows an incident in December last year which Kyrgios' barrister says was "in the context of a domestic relationship".
Kyrgios is now scheduled to appear at the Australia Capital Territory Magistrates' Court on 2 August.

Hi team
I have just spoken with Leah's mom who gave me the good news that her daughter did momentarily come out of her coma, she was asked to squeeze her mom's hand and she did. The medicos then put her back under as panic can set in.
They will bring her out of sedation for short periods over the next few days... Plenty of encouragement from the medical team. Bloody long road ahead but plenty of room for optimism now. - Regards. Rob H
β€οΈ A third jockey has been taken to hospital in the space of three days, with Juana Andreou suffering a serious head injury in an accident at Flemington on Monday.
Andreou, who last rode at Kyneton on May 9, was clipping a horse when it lashed out and kicked her in the head.
Late on Tuesday Racing Victoria issued a statement on Twitter reporting the young jockey remained in an induced coma with support being afforded to her husband, family, and stable staff.

The veteran No.10 was in the line-up to play the opener in Perth on Saturday before a calf injury in the warm-up ended his night before it had started.
Tom Banks is also expected to be on the sidelines for the foreseeable future, the experienced Rebel Reece Hodge has made the trip from Fiji to join the squad in Brisbane.
