Brentford missed out on a place in next season's Europa Conference League despite Ethan Pinnock's late goal earning the Bees a narrow 1-0 victory that ended Premier League champions Manchester City's 25-match unbeaten run.
Everton beat Bournemouth to survive, Leicester down despite beating West Ham
Leeds relegated after defeat by Tottenham (4-1).
Aston Villa guarantee seventh and Europa Conference League place with 2-1 win over Brighton.

🏎 Red Bull's Max Verstappen survived a mid-race downpour to win the Monaco Grand Prix from Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso.
Verstappen appeared to be cruising at the front but his race was given added jeopardy by his team delaying his pit stop in an attempt to coincide it with the rain.
And Aston Martin appeared to miss a chance to beat Verstappen by pitting Alonso for a set of dry tyres as the rain was intensifying.

⚽️ Chelsea continued their WSL supremacy as a final day win over Reading sealed a fourth consecutive league title and completed a third double in three seasons. Manchester United remained in the hunt on the last day, but the Blues were ruthless against already-relegated Reading, with Sam Kerr scoring a double on the big occasion as she always seems to do.
