📺 The AFL has sold its TV rights for a record Australian broadcast deal of $4.5 billion over seven years to Foxtel and the Seven Network.

  • The AFL's new deal with Foxtel and Channel Seven is worth $643 million a year over seven years

  • From 2025, Channel Seven will show three matches a round live on free-to-air television

  • Gillon McLachlan said the deal is "an incredible result" for the AFL 

The previous deal, signed during the COVID-19 pandemic, was worth $473 million for each of the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

The new deal is worth $643 million per year.
