Greene will sit out the Giants' clash with the Brisbane Lions on Anzac Day. The tribunal upheld a rough conduct charge on Carlton defender Jordan Boyd during the Giants' loss on Saturday.
It takes the tally of games missed due to suspension during Greene's 221-game career up to 15.
Fellow star GWS forward Jesse Hogan is free to play after having his one-game suspension for striking dismissed.

Tszyu was a controversial late arrival to the weigh-ins in Sydney, ahead of his tonight’s bout against Danilo Creati.
Quizzed initially on why he was late, Tszyu laughed and said “I was walking my dog” before conceding he had “complications” with his weight cut.

🏄🏻♂️ icymi: German surfer Sebastian Steudtner may have broken his own record for riding the biggest wave in history earlier this year.
The monster wave in the famed surfing sport of Nazaré, Portugal was provisionally measured at 28.57 meters (93.72 feet), pending ratification.

🏈 NFL DRAFT: After months of scouting and hours of interviews, NFL teams are set to select which players they hope will be the future of their franchise.
Thousands of college graduates are available in this weekend’s NFL draft and over three days, 257 of them will see their dreams of becoming an NFL player come true.
How it works: All 32 teams have one pick in each of the seven rounds, going in the reverse order of the previous season's standings - so the team with the worst record goes first and the Super Bowl winners last.
However, previous trades mean that is not strictly the case as NFL teams use future draft picks to acquire players from other teams or move up in the draft.
Chicago again have the first overall pick; Caleb Williams is the favourite to be first off the board.
After starting his college career at Oklahoma, the 6ft 1in quarterback transferred to the University of Southern California (USC) in 2022 and won the Heisman Trophy – the annual award for best college player.

'PolarCap' works by delivering targeted cooling to the head and neck for between 45 and 60 minutes following a concussion injury.
The treatment originates from a five-year study in professional ice hockey in Sweden, which found it had the potential to reduce long-term concussion absence.
