π "Weak" performance
G'day sports fans,
βYou only live once and you only get so much time on this earth and itβs up to you. Itβs not up to anyone else what you do with your time so this is what Iβm doing with it.β - Billy Slater on why he decided to throw himself into the pressure cooker of being a State of Origin coach.

π A downcast AJ Brimson lamented his Titans' "weak" performance as the Titans' season sunk to a new low at Cbus Super Stadium.
Playing against an undermanned North Queensland outfit missing four State of Origin representatives, the Titans were steamrolled in the second half to lose 32-6 at home.

βΉπ»ββοΈ The Super Netball season has been shrouded in controversy after players hit out at Netball Australia for its decision to sell this year's grand final to Perth.

π₯ Australiaβs George Kambosos Jr and American Devin Haney will do battle in Melbourne on Sunday in what is being billed as the biggest fight in Australian boxing history.
Itβs undefeated champion versus undefeated champion in the first lightweight division unification match in over three decades.
Kambosos (20-0, 10 KO) will be putting his WBA (Super), IBF and WBO lightweight titles on the line, as well as The Ring magazine lightweight belt, while Haney (27-0, 15 KO) is putting up his WBC lightweight strap.
As a result, one man will emerge from the packed-out Marvel Stadium as the first undisputed lightweight champion since Pernell Whitaker in 1990, and the first in the four-belt era.
Kambosos catapulted himself onto the global stage last November when he caused one of the biggest upsets of recent times by defeating Teofimo Lopez via split decision in the Hulu Theater at New Yorkβs world famous Madison Square Garden, to clinch all of his belts.

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
π Super Rugby: For the second straight week, the Reds and Crusaders will face off at Orangetheory Stadium after closing out the regular season against one another.

Even with some reinforcements coming over for the visitors including hard hitting centre Hunter Paisami, not having their two best players available is likely just too much for them to overcome.
